Hi there! My name is Chandra and I’m an artist who has been known by the name Sugarluxe (America’s Sweet Art™) since stepping into the pop art scene on Valentine’s Day, 2005.

My work has been featured in publications around the globe. I was commissioned, along with Shepard Fairey of Obey Giant and Obama Hope poster fame to paint a room in the world-famous Hotel Des Arts, my work became a top selling downloadable wallpaper on AT&T (along with Scarface and Tweety Bird – that makes me sound so old), I was the only female artist out of 5 international artists selected to design for the cult favorite Bong Spirit Vodka, I launched multiple art collections sold through major retailers like Target, Anthropologie and Bed, Bath & Beyond, and established an impressive group of celebrity clientele.

I’m incredibly passionate about socioeconomic equality, diversity and providing women a connection to their inner beauty through my work. These themes will always be part of the art I create and an integral part of Sugarluxe. Thanks for checking it out.
