What types of stores do you work with? Since 2005, we’ve partnered with boutiques, gift shops, home decor stores, galleries, and specialty retailers that align with our brand and aesthetic. We’ve also licensed Chandra’s work sold in major retailers since 2007.
Do you offer exclusivity for certain areas? We evaluate exclusivity requests on a case-by-case basis depending on order volume and location.
Can I request custom designs for my shop? Yes, absolutely! Depending on order quantity, we may be able to offer custom artwork or color variations. Please note that there are lead times associated with custom offerings.
What are your payment terms? Orders must be paid in full before shipping.
What is your return policy for wholesale orders? As we are a small independent art studio, we can not accept returns on wholesale orders, but if there are any damaged items, we will gladly replace them.
