What is your return policy?
Please reach out within 24 hours of placing your order to request a cancellation. Once an item has been produced or shipped, cancellation isn't possible. If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately with your order number and a photo - we'll ship a replacement within a few days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
